Free accounts and Subscription plans
Signing up to Slidebean is free, no credit card is required and no time-limited free trial is given.
Users with a free account are able to create presentations from a scratch and have limited access to features and functions on the app.
Slidebean features are tiered in Starter and Premium subscription plans. All subscription plans are charged recurrently and automatically. Slidebean sends email invoices of all charges to the account email of record.
You can cancel your subscription from the Account Settings, at all times. Doing so will stop recurrent payments and the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date.
After canceling your subscription, all created presentations will remain accessible in the account. However, the limitations of a free account will apply.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. In the case of cancellation before or after the end of your subscription term, you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you haven’t used your subscription, you may request a one-time refund within 7 days of purchase. No prorated refund will be granted after this time period.

If you want your Slidebean account to be deleted, send your request via our support chat or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It can take up to 24hrs for the account to be completely removed.
